Questions

What is free?
Every journal page, ranking and guide. AI journal recommendations need the one-time purchase or a plan, and PubMed keyword metrics need a plan.
Is there an annual plan?
No. Both plans are billed monthly, and quotas reset each month.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from your account billing portal or by emailing admin@labcat.ai. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and paid features normally stay on until the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
You can request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription purchase. A one-time recommendation is normally non-refundable once the result has been generated. See the refund policy for details.
What does a recommendation look like?
See the sample recommendation report, or compare it with other options in journal finder tools compared.
